Refund & Satisfaction Policy

1. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

At Amanda Pridgen's Cleaning Services LLC, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

If you are not completely satisfied with any aspect of your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to your property and re-clean the areas in question at no additional charge.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Service Not Provided: If we are unable to complete the scheduled service and it is our fault
  • Cancellation with Notice: Pre-paid bookings canceled at least 24 hours before the appointment
  • Exceptional Circumstances: At our discretion for unresolved issues after re-clean attempt

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice)
  • No-show appointments where access was not provided
  • Services already completed where no complaint was filed within 24 hours
  • Client preference changes after service completion
  • Dissatisfaction not reported through proper channels

4. Pre-Paid Services

For pre-paid cleaning packages or subscriptions:

  • Unused services can be refunded if canceled with 24+ hours notice
  • Partial refunds are prorated based on services already provided
  • Processing may take 5-10 business days

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or re-clean:

  2. Provide your booking details and specific concerns
  3. Allow us the opportunity to re-clean first (included in satisfaction guarantee)
  4. If issue persists, refund request will be reviewed within 2-3 business days

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

7. Disputes

If you have a dispute regarding a refund, please contact our customer service team. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
